Purchase the live streaming. (Step to follow)
1- Click on BUY (purchase)
2- Click on registration
3- Enter your email address (do not enter a false email address)
4- Enter a username (ex: joe56)
5- Enter a password with a minimum of 8 characters
6- Repeat the password
7- Read the terms and conditions and if you agree, check the box
8- Click on register
9- Click on the price and then click on next
10- Choose your payment type (credit card or Paypal)
11- If you have a promo code, please enter it otherwise go to step 12
12- Enter your payment information and click on pay
13- You are ready to listen to the race.
(If after payment you are not automatically redirected to the live race page, please return to the page and click on Buy you will be redirected to a login window, enter your username and your password and enjoy!)

360nitro.tv Compatibility for Windows Operating Systems

360nitro.tv runs in most current Internet browsers and operating systems.

Supported Windows Browsers:

Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge,  (We recommend the most current versions.)

Important:
Can I share my login with someone else?
No. You can only be logged in on one device at a time. Other logins will be logged out automatically.

Desktop and Web Troubleshooting

Ad Block and Pop Up Blockers

We recommend turning off any ad block or pop up blocking browser extensions in your browser as they may interfere with video playback.

Loading Circles

Check that your download speed is greater than the recommendations (1.5 Mbps – SD, 4 Mbps – HQ, 8 Mbps – HD).

Verify your available local network bandwidth here. Click here to test: Speedtest

If you are on wifi, switch to hard wire connection, or get very close to the wifi router.

Close any sites or programs that are running on your computer or network, as these may slow down your Internet connection.

Close out your web browser and re-launch.

If you are still having problems, as a test, try viewing the races in a different browser.

Clear your browser’s web cache, close your browser, and re-launch.

Restart your computer.

My audio isn’t working or is going in and out!

This happens when your internet is having issues and the audio gets « out-of-sync ».

Refreshing your browser sometimes fixes it, but often the browser needs to be restarted COMPLETELY!

This problem is a known bug with ALL Apple devices when live streaming.

Blank Screen

Clear your browser’s web cache, close your browser, and re-launch.

Close any sites or programs that are running on your computer or network, as these may slow down your Internet connection.

Verify your connection speed with a bandwidth test. Click here to test: Speedtest

Disconnect all other devices from the network (especially gaming systems and phones)
(If there are several of you on the same network, you will have difficulty watching the race without interruption.)

If no other programs or sites are running and your connection is slow, power cycle your modem and/or router. To do this, unplug your modem, as well as any wired or wireless router you are using, for about 10 seconds. Then re-plug the device(s). Wait a few minutes as your Internet connection resets and, then, try to view the race again.

Finally, if you are still having problems and/or the media player itself is reacting slowly, check to make sure your computer is compatible with the 360nitro.tv System Requirements.

VPN or Proxy Servers

A VPN Connection and/or using a Proxy server may interfere with 360nitro.tv

If you are using a VPN Connection or Proxy and are having problems with 360nitro.tv, disable it and try to access the race again.

How do I view 360nitro.tv races in full screen?

To view a race in full screen in the 360nitro.tv Media Player, click on the arrow icons in the bottom of the Media Player. Once in full screen, to go back to the default player size either hover over the tool bar and click again on the arrow icons, or press the ESC key on your keyboard. If you do not see the square icon on the bottom of your media player, the zoom functionality of your browser may be zoomed in too much to see the entire media player. To resolve this, go to your browser’s « View » menu and select either « 100% » or « Actual Size » to restore the browser to the default view
